Following our announcement last month regarding the planned discontinuation of live-answer services on 211 Arizona on August 13, 2026, we can confirm that Governor Katie Hobbs’ Office has secured funding to continue live-answer services on the program into early 2027.
This funding will allow 211 Arizona to maintain trained specialists who help connect individuals and families across Arizona with critical health and human services, including heat relief, housing, food assistance, utility support, transportation, healthcare, and other community resources. Live-answer services are available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily in English and Spanish.
While this funding provides important short-term continuity, funding gaps remain. Solari is working closely with the Governor’s Office and other community stakeholders to secure sustainable funding that will support live-answer services on 211 Arizona through the 2027 heat season and beyond.
211 Arizona remains committed to serving as a trusted resource for Arizonans seeking support.
