Our History

We have decades of experience building and running data-driven human services programs and contact centers that increase access to local care.

October 2007

The organization was founded as Crisis Response Network to provide 24/7 crisis line and dispatch services in Central Arizona.

December 2013

Awarded and launched Eligibility and Care Services program for Serious Mental Illness Determinations in Maricopa County.

October 2014

Acquired the Peer Support Warm Line and expanded the company’s continuum of telephonic support services.

October 2014

Awarded and launched 24/7 crisis line and dispatch services in Northern Arizona.

December 2014

Expanded Eligibility and Care Services program for Serious Mental Illness Determinations statewide in Arizona.

December 2015

Expanded Peer Support Warm Line to 24/7.

April 2017

Acquired 211 Arizona Information and Referral Services program and Homeless Management Information Systems.

October 2019

Launched first 911 diversion program to ensure mental health-related calls to 911 were diverted to mental health professionals.

March 2020

Expanded 211 live-answer services to 24/7 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

July 2020

Launched mobile team GPS to increase continuity of care and enhance team safety.

September 2020

Launched crisis text services in Central Arizona.

April 2021

Organization rebranded as Solari, Inc.

July 2022

Awarded and launched 988 services statewide in Oklahoma.

July 2022

Became the primary 988 vendor for statewide services in Arizona.

September 2022

Launched as a National 988 Backup Center.

October 2022

Expanded crisis line and dispatch services statewide in Arizona.

November 2022

Expanded crisis text services to 24/7 and statewide in Arizona.

July 2023

Launched 24/7 crisis chat services statewide in Arizona.

July 2023

Began taking calls for national LGBTQIA+ Youth Line via 988.

October 2023

Expanded Eligibility and Care Services program to provide Serious Emotional Disturbance Determinations in Arizona.

October 2023

Contract renewed with the state of Arizona to continue providing Serious Mental Illness Determinations for the state.

November 2023

Began operating the 24/7 SAFEDVS domestic violence hotline for Arizona’s Maricopa County.

December 2023

Solari became the sole provider for 988 services statewide in Arizona.

August 2024

Launched the new Housing & Health Opportunities (H2O) program in a contract with AHCCCS.

September 2024

Solari began providing 988 services in Colorado along with operating its statewide crisis line.
