911 Diversion Services ensure the right support at the right time.

Solari leverages existing systems and works with local law enforcement to meet the unique needs of each community.

We place highly skilled and experienced crisis specialists within 911 dispatch centers to provide real-time feedback to dispatchers and divert appropriate mental health-related calls to our crisis lines.

This helps people in crisis get the care they need over the phone or from a specialized mobile crisis team while allowing first responders to focus on meeting other important needs in the community.

  • More than 11,000 mental health-related 911 calls were diverted to our crisis lines in 2024 alone.
  • Solari partners with 18 cities in two states to provide customized co-location and diversion solutions.
  • We dispatch mobile crisis response teams of trained crisis specialists directly to people in need.

Follow-Up Services help prevent future crises and connect people with the resources they need.

Solari offers crisis line callers the opportunity to receive follow-up phone calls, if desired, to assess their well-being, connect them with the resources they need, and provide further assistance.

Our follow-up services ensure no one slips through the cracks and help identify potential crises before they escalate into something more serious.
