Who we are.

Justin is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in crisis systems, recovery-oriented systems of care, peer integration, non-profit organizational leadership and development. His expertise also includes developing sustainable, effective and efficient healthcare programs and systems. He has served as a behavioral health administrator, executive, network/program developer, direct practitioner and project manager within the public behavioral health and child welfare system for more than 15 years.

Justin earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Social Work from Arizona State University and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. Justin is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Arizona, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Peer Support Specialist in the State of Arizona, Certified Crisis Interventionist by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and a Fellow with the National Center for Crisis Management and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Justin also serves on the International Council for Helplines Board of Directors.

Andrew is responsible for day-to-day business operations of Solari’s Community Support and Crisis Response Network services, including the contact center. Andrew is a licensed attorney and prior to joining team Solari, he practiced in the areas of mental health, guardianship, conservatorship and probate.

Andrew graduated with honors from the University of California Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law with a certificate in Family Law and Social Justice. Andrew was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2008 and is certified in healthcare compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association. Additionally, Andrew is a member of the Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs (ELMHSN) Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Finally, Andrew has served as the Co-Chair of the American Association of Suicidology’s Crisis Services Committee Since 2018.

Andrew and his partner Shannon have three children Amelie, Abigail and Benjamin. They have five chickens and a dog, Obi. Andrew and his family are huge soccer fans and are members of Phoenix Rising supporter section. The family loves camping in Northern Arizona and taking trips to Southern California beaches every summer.

Julie is responsible for day-to-day business operations of Solari’s Community Support and Crisis Response Network services, including the contact center, ECS, and SDOH programs. Julie has worked in behavioral health non-profit administration for more than 15 years, with extensive experience in project and systems management.

Julie graduated with honors from Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She is also a certified Project Management Professional. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog. Julie also enjoys reading, skiing, and traveling.

Tom is responsible for the oversight and leadership of Solari’s financial operations which include the finance and revenue cycle teams. He is a results-driven financial management executive with expansive experience in budgeting and financial reporting, while developing and motivating skilled teams, building business relationships and effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Tom has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, and has worked at integrated healthcare systems, medical groups and insurance companies. He has re-engineered key workflow processes, successfully implemented new practice management systems and developed financial record keeping systems with key performance indicators.

Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is married with three adult children, an avid Green Bay Packer Football fan and enjoys hiking, golfing, and is an amateur gardener.

Beth oversees Solari’s marketing, communications, community engagement, training and education programs. She is a dynamic leader with clinical mental health, suicide prevention, communications, and employee engagement expertise. Beth was a Phoenix Business Journal Health Care Hero Finalist and ranked as one of two top Mental Health First Aid instructors in the state of Arizona.

Beth has been in the mental health field for more than 15 years. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), International Council for Helplines crisis center examiner, and is trained in performing psychological autopsy investigations. Beth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling from Argosy University. She currently serves as a member of Mental Health America of Arizona’s Board of Directors. Her clinical background fuels her passion for effective communications and marketing to reduce stigma of mental illness and connect individuals to care.

Beth, her husband Jimmy, and their son enjoy traveling, camping, and golfing together. The family also includes three pets with people names. Beth also enjoys interior design, true crime documentaries and cheering on her hometown team, the Minnesota Vikings!

Mark is responsible for Solari’s information technology and business intelligence strategy and performance. He defines technology strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient experience. Mark is an award winner for customer experience, program delivery, and crisis management, and has vast experience transforming business operations and delivery processes through innovative digital solutions at healthcare organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and Tahoe Forest Hospital, and software companies such as Cisco, Veritas, and Verisign.

Mark graduated with honors from the University of Cardiff in Wales, United Kingdom, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems. He also holds a Diploma of Marketing and attended the London School of Business in England. Outside of work, Mark enjoys time with his wife of 26 years, Debi, rescuing Australian Shepherds and hiking, biking, and kayaking around Sedona, Arizona.

Cassie oversees Contact Center Operations and Clinical Services for Solari in Arizona and Oklahoma which includes crisis, mobile crisis dispatch, peer support, follow up services, and law enforcement collaboration. She works collaboratively with departments to improve efficiencies and ensure the contact center is meeting accreditation and licensure standards. Cassie provides oversight of data analysis and report development in collaboration with the business intelligence and quality teams.

She previously served as both Compliance and Privacy Officer for Solari and has been certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) through the Health Care Compliance Association since 2018. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor since 2022. Cassie has worked in the behavioral health field in various capacities including case management, intake assessment, counseling services, and quality and compliance over the last 20+ years. Cassie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a forensic specialty from Walden University.

Cassie is an Arizona native, and she and her daughter have a cat named Francis Misha Fettuccine. She loves to attend concerts and explore gardens, arboretums, and nature in general.

Ty Rosensteel serves as the Vice President of Housing Solutions at Solari, directing the organization’s housing initiatives, including the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), the statewide HMIS Data Warehouse (AZ-DWEL), 211 Resource Systems, and the Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) program. With a career spanning more than 15 years in human services, Ty is a proven leader in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve systems of care. He is adept at leveraging data management to optimize service delivery and enhance client outcomes. Ty’s commitment to advancing human services is evident through his active participation on the Maricopa Continuum of Care Committee on Homelessness, the Arizona Health Improvement Plan Implementation Team, and the Maricopa County Community Action Agency Commission.

Omayra oversees the Finance department at Solari, which includes Accounting, Federal Grant Management, Annual Audits, Budget, Financial Forecast, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. She works collaboratively with all departments, with the goal of making financial data accessible to stakeholders.

Omayra joined the team in 2018 and has more than 17 years of experience in overseeing Finances in both For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations. In addition to managing day-to-day finances, she has also worked on projects such as incorporating a new business and mergers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting, graduating with honors from the University of Puerto Rico.

In her spare time, she loves cooking and spending time with her family and pets. As a Puerto Rico native, she enjoys the ocean and the rain.

Tara oversees specialty programs of Solari’s Community Support Network, which includes Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) Eligibility and Care Services, 211 Arizona, and the Be Connected program for veterans and military families.

Tara joined the team in 2015 to oversee the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) determination process and implement operations statewide. A significant amount of time was dedicated to traveling the state during this time to learn about the various communities and populations we would serve. Since then, Tara has been responsible for the operational oversight of additional community support lines of business that Solari has acquired, expanding resources to continue building Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) services for all Arizonans.

Tara has worked in public behavioral health in Maricopa County since 2004. She worked in direct care with the SMI population for five of those years and helped to implement one of the initial Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams. Tara worked in Quality Improvement at the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) level in complaints, grievances and appeals, becoming well-versed in member rights. From there, she moved on to RBHA System of Care, where she played a vital role in integrated care implementation.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys exploring hiking opportunities around the world, being creative in the kitchen, and spending time with her dogs.

Thomas oversees Solari’s marketing, internal and external communications, and education teams. He has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional and began his career as a journalist, earning several writing awards. He has overseen numerous, statewide, multi-platform marketing campaigns to great success at Solari and in previous positions. He makes regular media appearances, in English and Spanish, on behalf of the company as well as coordinating Solari’s participation in national and local news coverage in print, broadcast, and digital media.

Thomas has lived and worked in Spain and Colombia, and with his fluent Spanish, serves as the bilingual voice of Solari and its programs on multiple interactive voice response phone systems.

He is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is passionate about Solari’s mission of Inspiring Hope. Thomas is a Phoenix native and graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communications. He enjoys leisure time with his wife and their four children and being outdoors.

Nathan oversees the data and analytic applications programs at Solari, which includes Business Intelligence, Software Applications and Database Platform Management. He works collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure seamless and reliable data management and reporting, quality data integrity, and integrated software applications within Solari’s crisis services solution.

Nathan has been in the business intelligence and information technology field for more than 20 years. He earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both History and Speech Communication. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips and travel with his wife, sports, and is a huge Star Wars fan.

Jess oversees operations and clinical services of the Arizona Contact Center at Solari which includes the Statewide Crisis Line, 988 and sub-networks, Law Enforcement Collaboration, and Mobile Team and Crisis Dispatch. She previously served in several managerial positions with Solari, beginning in 2022, after launching the organization’s statewide 988 contract in Oklahoma, the company’s first outside of Arizona.

She has since taken an innovative approach to system and program management, working closely with Solari’s technology, program, and clinical teams to strategize implementation, and outcome evaluation, while maintaining a departmental culture of compassion, effort, and ownership.

Jess earned her Master of Arts in Social Work Advanced Standing from Northern Arizona University and has been licensed since 2020. Before joining Solari, she worked in community mental health through Serious Mental Illness adult case management, Intensive Outpatient Programs, direct care with high-needs youth/adolescents, as well as family and victim advocacy with local law enforcement.

Jess grew up in Arizona, so when she isn’t working, she enjoys being on the state’s trails when the weather allows. Her favorite ways to spend time include being with her friends and siblings, trying new hobbies, visiting new places, and finding any excuse she can (and any loved one she can convince) to participate in day trips.

TJ oversees specialty programs of Solari’s Community Support Network, which includes the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and the Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) program. He is passionate about collaborating with partners and thoughtfully creating innovative solutions to build a better system for people experiencing poverty and homelessness.

TJ has worked in the human services field for more than 12 years, focusing on system change primarily around homelessness. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health from Arizona Christian University and two Master’s degrees from Arizona State University in Social Work and Public Administration.

TJ has one son, Ira, and one cat, Petrie (named for the pterodactyl in The Land Before Time, not like a Petrie dish). TJ and Ira love drawing, going on adventures, and playing video games and sports.

Ryan Bauerle has been a leader in the IT industry for over 17 years and a lifelong technology enthusiast. He is currently the Director of IT; supporting end users, network/server infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Ryan enjoys playing video games with (and without) his kids, playing and watching baseball and golf. As an Eagle scout, Ryan loves the outdoors, especially fishing in the deep south of Louisiana.

Rain is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in crisis assessment and intervention. She possesses clinical expertise in direct intervention and coordinating care across various levels of crisis services in Colorado, including the crisis support lines, crisis walk-in centers, crisis stabilization units, intensive outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization programs, and emergency room settings. Rain has held both direct care and leadership roles within the Colorado crisis system, where she has actively contributed to the development and implementation of innovative crisis programs aimed at enhancing care delivery and improving outcomes for individuals in crisis.

Rain earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Binghamton University in New York. She then completed her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health along with a specialized certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work.

Charles Bradley is the Director of Philanthropy at Solari, bringing over 20 years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit leadership. Having raised more than $30 million across various sectors, Charles excels in major gift solicitation, campaign management, and building long-term donor relationships. He has successfully secured over $2.5 million in major gifts for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley and led comprehensive fundraising efforts in other key organizations.

Charles takes a strategic approach to identifying and securing gifts in the $100K-$1M range while expanding fundraising capacity to meet the needs of individuals and families in crisis. His background as a former NBA basketball player and NCAA basketball coach informs his leadership style, emphasizing team building, mentorship, and motivating others toward shared goals. These qualities are central to his work at Solari, where he fosters a culture of philanthropy and drives successful fundraising initiatives.

Charles’s blend of fundraising expertise and coaching experience makes him a key leader in advancing Solari’s mission and making a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Jaime Brewer is a seasoned behavioral health professional with over a decade of experience in the field. She currently serves as the Director of Contact Center Operations and Clinical Services at Solari Inc., overseeing the Colorado Statewide Crisis Line, Colorado 988, and the Colorado Peer Support Line.

Prior to her current role, Jaime’s passion for helping others led her to the forefront of crisis behavioral health. She has provided vital services to refugees in Denver, developed innovative community mental health training programs with The Carter Center in Liberia, Africa, and offered essential in-home therapy to at-risk children and teens. Her leadership experience spans various levels within Crisis and Emergency Behavioral Health Services, demonstrating her ability to drive positive change and improve outcomes.

Jaime was a founder of the Crisis Residential Association in 2018 and serves on its executive board as the treasurer. She also serves on the CrisisCon committee, helping to bring innovative ideas in Behavioral Health Crisis Services to the field.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado College and a Master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She balances her work and home life with her husband, two young kids, and two dogs, enjoying activities like family walks, movies, reading, and relaxation.

Stacy oversees the education and training program at Solari, ensuring that both internal and external training initiatives are aligned with the highest standards and accreditation requirements. She is dedicated to providing an exceptional training experience for all individuals, empowering them with the skills they need to succeed and make a positive impact.

She joined Solari in 2016, initially serving in various administrative support roles for the Executive Team. Stacy transitioned to the training department in 2019, where she has played an integral role in the successful implementation of statewide crisis lines in Oklahoma and Colorado. Stacy is also a certified facilitator for Youth, Teen, and Adult Mental Health First Aid, having trained more than 1,500 individuals with vital skills to support mental health in their communities.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending quality time with her children, family, and friends. She enjoys game nights, bowling, paddleboarding, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Tonya attended Rice University on a full-ride basketball scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Performance and Health Sciences while triple majoring in Exercise Science, Sports Management, and Coaching / Teaching. She later attended University of Arizona and earned a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling. Before coming to Solari, Tonya served in juvenile corrections, adult case management, vocational rehabilitation, adolescent behavioral health facilities, domestic and sexual violence, and crisis mobile teams.

When not working, Tonya enjoys attending mission trips and traveling. She also referees adolescent and adult basketball and spends time with her family.

Randy Hade is the Director of Homelessness Initiatives within Solari’s Community Support Network programs. He believes in the dignity and the right to a standard of living that is adequate for the health and well-being of every person. Currently he works with homeless information systems providing data, information and analytical insights to support the strategic growth of homeless service systems in the state.

Randy graduated with Honors from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, with majors in Sociology as well as Justice and Peace studies. He went on to serve in AmeriCorps and later at Arizona’s largest family shelter and homeless service provider doing housing case management for veteran families and managing coordinated entry. Immediately prior to his work at Solari, Randy directed program evaluation and impact measurement initiatives where he leveraged data analysis and information systems to support the organization’s strategy and mission.

Randy, his partner Laura, and son Julian enjoy hiking, camping, ultimate frisbee, and playing board games.

In her current role at Solari, Kristine works with the President to oversee the Quality and Compliance programs. Her primary focus is to ensure adherence to all HIPAA rules and regulations, uphold quality standards, and provide leadership to the Quality & Compliance Department. Kristine prides herself on working collaboratively with all departments to maintain the highest standards of quality, regulatory, and accreditation compliance throughout the organization.

Kristine graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and earned her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University. She and her family reside in Mesa, Arizona, and they enjoy taking annual trips to Disneyland.

Nicole oversees Solari’s Operations and Clinical Services within Arizona’s Crisis Contact Center, which includes the Arizona Statewide Crisis Line, 988, 988 Specialty Lines, Crisis Sub-contracts, Law Enforcement Collaboration, Mobile Crisis Teams, and Crisis Dispatch.  Nicole is a dedicated social worker and a passionate leader in the fields of clinical mental health, suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and advocacy.

Nicole’s approach is rooted in empathy and compassion.  She practices meeting individuals where they are at and using evidence-based practices to develop collaborative, innovative solutions that improve outcomes for those who feel hopeless and helpless.  She wholeheartedly believes in Solari’s mission to “Inspire Hope”, a value she upholds not only in her work with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders, but also within Solari’s team of specialists and supervisors.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.  Nicole has been a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) since 2021. She has been committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of others as a Girl Scout Lifetime Member and volunteering within local nonprofits as young as she can remember. Nicole brings over 10 years of professional experience working in both direct care and leadership roles within Arizona’s most acute mental health and child welfare systems. She has served high-needs youth, trafficking survivors, and adults navigating court-ordered treatment.  Her experience extends to health education, health promotion, epidemiology, and advocacy.  

Nicole is also a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys attending concerts, crafting, baking, watching movies, and curling up with a good book alongside her cats, Max and Meiko.  She loves traveling around Arizona, to San Diego and Disneyland, and, of course, cheering on her Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in KC.

Dr. Korey Hawkins serves as the Director of Eligibility and Care Services (ECS), overseeing daily operations and providing clinical guidance to the psychologist team responsible for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) determinations. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, Dr. Hawkins has made significant contributions to the mental health field. Before joining Solari, she provided individual and family therapy across diverse populations and settings including hospitals, private practice, community mental health centers, juvenile detention facilities, and schools. Her extensive career also includes advocacy for mental health and educational services, clinical internship training, and leadership in higher education, where she served as a program chair for four years.

Dr. Hawkins earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Ottawa University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same institution. After working as a licensed counselor, she returned to school to obtain a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Capella University. During her doctoral training, she completed residencies in community mental health services, vocational rehabilitation, and the Arizona State Hospital, enriching her clinical expertise.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Hawkins and her husband share a blended family of six children and four grandchildren. Their household is also home to several beloved pets, including five dogs and two cats. An adventurous family, they enjoy traveling and make it a point to take a couple of trips each year. Their favorite destinations are beach locales where they can indulge in their passion for snorkeling. Whether at work or in her personal life, Dr. Hawkins is dedicated to fostering well-being and enriching the lives of those around her, both in her local community and across the world as they explore new places together.

Jen oversees the Project Management and Electronic Health Record/Telephony Administration teams. Day-to-day Jen and the Project Managers help support project implementations across the organization. Additionally, the EHR/Telephony Admins help support the systems utilized by our major lines of business across the CRN and CSN programs.

Jen graduated from Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012. After graduating, Jen started her career in the mental health field working in a direct care setting for adults with severe mental illness (SMI) before joining Solari in 2016. Jen later pursued higher education and earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Jen received her associate license in February 2023 and is working towards being independently licensed.

Jen and her husband Joe live in Tempe with their three dogs Roxy, Benito, and Frankenstein. Jen enjoys anything outdoors when the weather allows and any excuse to travel. Jen’s favorite activity to do with her husband or friends is attend concerts.

Beth graduated with honors receiving her Master’s degree in Counseling in 2018 from Colorado Christian University and has been actively working in mental health crisis work since 2019. She has extensive experience in crisis line programming in Colorado. These roles have allowed her to develop essential skills in de-escalation, active listening, and effective communication, ensuring that individuals in distress receive timely and compassionate assistance.

Beth has focused her specialized training in trauma-informed care, taking an integrative and expansive approach to learning therapeutic techniques such as neurofeedback, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, Chronological Assessment of Suicidal Events, and more.

As a Colorado native, Beth is deeply committed to her community. She has been dedicated to the improvement of the Crisis Continuum of Care for the past five years. As a mental health professional, she serves her community in multiple avenues by helping clients navigate their challenges and fostering resilience and access to care.

Outside of her professional life, Beth is a proud owner of two English Bulldogs, Sigmund Freud, and Kona. She loves traveling and enjoys exploring the outdoors, especially through her passion for National Parks. Whether hiking in the mountains or camping under the stars, Beth finds inspiration in nature and values resetting away from the fast pace of day-to-day life.

Kimberly Jones is a Director of Contact Center Operations and Clinical Services for Solari. She is a LCSW and received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. Kimberly has been working in behavioral health since 2002 and has experience on Mobile Crisis teams, as an in-home therapist and as an inpatient social worker. She has been in various roles in management in the behavioral health realm since 2009. Her passion has always been crisis work and helping those in their hardest of times.

Kimberly is a mother to three girls, who bring her joy daily, even when they show their sassy sides. She grew up in Massachusetts and is a huge Patriots and Red Sox fan. She has now been in Arizona since 1995 calling it home, and loving the desert after it rains. Outside of work, Kimberly loves sunflowers, the beach, and reading a good book. She also enjoys escaping up North when she can to get her fill of Pine trees which brings her a little closer to her New England roots. One of Kimberly’s favorite things to do is to listen to music with her kiddos while soaking in their enjoyment of the songs and feeling their energy.

Eric is co-director of the Arizona crisis operations and oversees the Warm Line and SAFEDVS programs.

Eric graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology. Eric began working in the crisis field during graduate school in 2005 and has continued working in the field since that time. Though Eric has worked with all demographics and presenting issues, his specialty areas are in children/adolescent mental health and substance use.

Eric spends his free time with his two children and enjoys participating in cycling events and races. He has also been involved with the performing arts and in unison with his daughter, has been in local theater productions and a short film which has won several awards at various international film festivals.

Derek oversees operations and clinical services of the Oklahoma Contact Center at Solari which includes the Oklahoma Crisis Line, 988 and sub-networks, Law Enforcement Collaboration, Mobile Team Dispatch, and follow-up services. He previously served as a Clinical Supervisor with Solari beginning in 2023 after

the launch of the organization’s statewide 988 contract in Oklahoma, the company’s first outside of Arizona.

He has since taken an innovative approach to community collaboration and statewide systems within the crisis continuum in Oklahoma as well as the standardization of Oklahoma’s crisis services. Additionally, Derek has strengthened and expanded Solari’s follow-up services within Oklahoma by working closely with existing Solari programs, structure, and clinical teams while maintaining a departmental culture of compassion, effort, and ownership.

Derek earned his Master of Science in Psychology – Clinical Counseling Distinction from Mid-America Christian University and has been licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2022. Before joining Solari, he worked in community mental health providing office-based and community-based crisis intervention, post-hospitalization stabilization, direct care with high-need individuals spanning all ages, as well as law enforcement collaboration.

Derek grew up in Oklahoma, so when he is not working, he enjoys being outside, somewhere in the woods or by the lake when the weather allows. Derek has two children, Parker and Paislee. He has one dog, Emmy. His favorite ways to spend time include being with his family and friends, visiting new places, and finding all of the cutest dogs to pet along the way.

Kaleena is responsible for the direction and leadership of Solari’s revenue cycle management which includes patient eligibility and enrollment, claims, and insurance reimbursement. She works collaboratively with departments such as Business Intelligence to create automated processes to enhance the revenue cycle department. She also works with outside vendors and funders to provide analysis of key metrics and to verify they are being met. Kaleena joined Solari in 2015 and has worked in behavioral health non-profit revenue cycle for more than 15 years. Prior to that, her revenue cycle experience started in 2001 at a well-known laboratory with data entry services.

Kaleena graduated with Honors from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2013. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics from Grand Canyon University in 2019.

Kaleena and her husband Robert have one adult child Kali and 2 teen children Kenneth, and Keira who all live at home with them. They have two dogs: Max who is a playful Finnish Spitz and Cody who is a loving mini chihuahua. Outside of work, Kaleena enjoys watching drama and horror movies, spending time with her children, and traveling with her husband, especially cruising.

Meredith is an Arizona native who has over 15 years of experience in providing support to executive teams and boards of directors. She has a wide breadth of experience from working in public, private, financial and healthcare industries. Meredith joined the Solari family in 2016 and has enjoyed watching and supporting the growth of what she describes as her most fulfilling role yet (besides being a grandma). She is married with three sons, two bonus children, and eight grandchildren that fill most of her free time.

Jayme earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University, her Master of Arts from Fairleigh Dickenson University and then went on to graduate with Honors from the University of the Rockies as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) with a specialization in Criminology and Justice Studies. Her dissertation was on employer perceptions of registered sex offenders and the influences on hiring decisions. Jayme completed an externship at East Jersey State Prison, where she facilitated groups and participated in discharge planning/rehabilitation. Jayme has always expressed an interest in workforce operations, spending serval years working to improve employment opportunities for those with a history of mental illness and/or criminality.

Jayme started at Solari as a Crisis Specialist in 2016, moved into the scheduling role in 2017, and became Workforce Manager in 2019 after becoming certified in Workforce Management by Benchmark Portal. Jayme is responsible for all workforce management activities across all Solari contact centers, as well as workforce analytics as it relates to staffing and serving our communities.

Jayme and her husband Will have a son named Booker and a dog named Maui (also known as Maui Girl or Mawser). In their spare time, Jayme and her family are huge basketball fans and attend several Phoenix Suns games each season. The family enjoys trips back East to see family, but only in the summer and fall to get out of the Phoenix heat and head back before winter hits on the East Coast!

Gerald has dedicated his professional career to the behavioral health arena in Arizona and Texas through a variety of roles. These have included providing direct care services, developing programs and policies for inpatient behavioral health programs and managed care organizations, as well as advocating for innovative ways to deliver quality services that make a difference in people’s health. His past work includes helping design an integrated whole health model where most services were delivered via telehealth, including the traditional visit to a primary care physician.

Gerald graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Arizona State University. He received his Master of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix. He is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the State of Arizona and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He is also a licensed health insurance agent in Texas.

Andy is a Housing Eligibility, Director for Solari’s Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) program. This is an innovative program which seeks to increase positive health outcomes for households experiencing homelessness and with mental health concerns by linking them with housing services providers that assist participants in achieving long-term housing stability. He has spent the last nine years working in Maricopa County to bridge Behavioral Health and Homeless services. He has demonstrated this through continued participation in the Maricopa Homeless Continuum of Care Committees and through leading landlord and tenant conflict resolution workshops in collaboration with the Arizona Housing Coalition. Andy is driven by understanding and improving the client experience.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Candice. They both love music and enjoy picnics on the beach or anywhere in Flagstaff.
